All our items within the 'ECO' or 'RE-Cord' category are GRS-certifiable as products made from at least 20% pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials. The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) is sponsored and promoted by the Textile Exchange, a leading non-profit organisation promoting responsible and sustainable international development in the textile industry. The GRS criteria is related to product composition and composition of recycled materials, helping to increase restrictions on the use of chemicals. GRS certification allows traceability to be maintained throughout the production process.
The OEKOTEX® association declares its strict adherence to human rights, core labour standards and environmental protection. The association makes a considerable effort to implement and enforce all the principles and values described in their code of conduct: legality, integrity, fairness. It is an independent and internationally uniform control and certification system for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in the textile sector at all levels of processing, as well as for the accessory materials used. The main area of control is that of toxic substances for man and the environment, always referring to the requirements contained in the European REACH Regulation.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As an international standard, it is recognised as the basis for creating a system that ensures customer satisfaction and improvement in any company and, therefore, many companies have it as a minimum requirement for their suppliers. A third party (certifier) audits the processes and provides certification.
